Tube magnets are applied to the magnetic separator which consists of grate magnets. It can effectively remove iron contained impurities and small metal particles.
The diameter of conventional tube magnets are 25mm or 1 inch. The longest length can reach 2500mm. Square and teardrop shape can be customized.
Tubes are made from 304 or 316 stainless steel and can be finely polished to meet the requirements of food-grade and pharmaceutical-grade regulations.
The maximum working temperature of common products should be less than 80 degrees Celsius. 80 to 350 degrees Celsius also can be customized.
End surface design can be selected from pointed end, threaded hole, and stud.
