Cross Belt Separators

  • Cross belt separators are widely used to iron removal and purification in waste recovery, grain, wood, chemistry, construction, mineral, thermal power, and light industry.
  • Compact structure, easy to maintain, low noise and cost.
  • Special sealed bearing and automatic correction belt will help cross belt separators to work very long hours under the severe environment. The armored belt can also effectively prevent the damage caused by sharply ferromagnetic impurities.
  • The working magnetic field comes from the rare earth permanent magnet or ferrite magnet, not from the electromagnet which will save energy.
  • Rare earth permanent magnet type separators have characteristics of the strong attractive force, high magnetic field gradient and stability. It can continuously clean the iron contained impurities from 0.1 to 35kg or even ferromagnetic material which deeply buried in material.
  • Explosion-proof type and other specific requirements can be customized.
